Just leased a vehicle in December Sales person said you do not owe anything on the previous vehicle and Omar would take care of the rest. Nestor Rodriguez ( sales person) and Omar did the financing. Next time stick to where you actually leased the vehicle. Read the fine print! Just received a text message from Nestor: Yeah it’s always normal to blame the sales person. Omar omitted the $2,900 I owed as well.

This is the place I would love to recommend to everyone whose trying to buy a nice car at a great price during this tough times. Not only the place is very welcoming it self but the quality of customer service and customer support is out of this planet. They are more focus on the right choice for their clients other than just selling a vehicle and that it's almost impossible to find in any dealership now days. Do NOT buy an Infiniti At the very least not from this dealer or service your car here! NO NO NO! RUN I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it’s needed because others need to be informed as well. Where do I start? I own a QX80 that I purchased from this same dealership after my original 2019 Infiniti went caput on me right after its warranty expired. I decided to go into another Infiniti after my 2019 radiator died seeing I loved Infiniti’s customer service with my GO To Service Manager, Julio who was amazing! I mean amazing. He would always guarantee me a loaner, kept great lines of communication, and always tried his best to get me great discounts and ensure things were properly covered under warranty.Fast forward two years into owning my Qx 80, and every single thing I have taken my Infiniti in for according to this dealer… is not covered under warranty.The Service Managers have changed completely-zero people skills, zero real care and treat you like any other number. Just in November my car was serviced for the 75k mile servicing. No loaner because apparently they just never have loaners. My husband took an Uber back home (something we should not be even have spend on seeing we pay for the most expensive model car and the reason one goes with a luxury vehicle) .You would think after all those hours and money spent on service, they would preliminarily find the issue my car was bound to have this month (December) . Yep! Out of nowhere- while waiting at a red light my car made a loud scary sound. Initially I thought I was hit by a car, but NO my left rear shocks went out. We took it in to the dealer the following morning as this happened to me at night.The Service Manager (Daniel) was very non-chalant. I kept asking for a loaner or what we could do about the car situation given my livelihood depends on my transportation and he kept insisting there would not be a loaner until 7 days from that day. I borrowed my dad’s car for the remainder of that week as to not spend.Again, another inconvenience that is unacceptable for what I am paying and what I expect from a brand like Infiniti.Daniel said I would get a diagnosis by Thursday the latest- mind you I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning at 8am.From Tuesday to Thursday I am using a family members car to work and pick up my son. At this point I have not received not even a courtesy call to ensure that my car is being looked at or to advise that it’s taking longer than usual. Call Daniel, no voicemail nor answer. Nothing.I ask the front desk person for an update on my car, he was very polite and helpful- and said I could expect a diagnosis by Friday 10am.Friday came and by 10:30 I raised hell! My father needs his car back, no one had called me from Infiniti even with the slightest of a diagnosis or even courtesy call. I spoke to the front desk man who remembered me from the day before and reached out to a manager. In about 15 minutes I got a call from Daniel, just to tell me my cars left back shock went out and it’s not covered under warranty. I was outraged. His response “it’s not that expensive, it’s $750” first of all how do you know what’s expensive or not for me? And his demeanor of so unbothered like you didn’t just take 4 days to give me these news without an apology for the delay was ok. Literally such bad customer service skills. On top of that zero initiative to find me a loaner or help me solve my issue of being without a car. I told him I needed Infiniti to cover my rental costs. His response was that he needs manager approval which is BS because I found out later that all other luxury dealers out there including Infiniti do this as a standard for their customers through their loaner car reps. They make a car reservation for you at a car rental and they pay for it. Surprise surprise 10 mins later his manager “approved” it and oh look at that! They made a reservation for me at the Enterprise right across the street. Again, super non-chalant, no urgency, zero care about my situation.
